ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Nicki Lisenbey. I'm a certified personal trainer and the founder of Pink Gym, a ladies-only gym. I help you gracefully overcome the struggles of menopause to feel like yourself again, fit in your clothes again and break out of the depression that we mid-life women face from "the pause."

As personal trainer, I was very frustrated with struggling through menopausal changes for a long time. I gained a lot of weight. My clothes didn't fit. I hated how I looked and felt. I was depressed.

I had to figure out why I had gained so much weight and why everything I had always done to stay fit was no longer working. After deep dives into the science of it and a lot of trial and error, I finally cracked the code to breakout of it!
